We are currently seeking an energetic, fun, and technically-savvy Level 1 Chat Support Associate to join our awesome US-based remote team. As a member of our international team, you will help our customers get more value from the product. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

Responding to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email

  • Promptly addressing customer queries and concerns through in-app chat and email channels.
  • Ensuring accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries to enhance their experience with the product or service.

Providing technical support to customers

  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues they encounter while using the product.
  • Offering clear and concise instructions to help customers resolve technical problems effectively.

Assisting customers with their product inquiries and issues

  • Engaging with customers to understand their questions and concerns regarding the product.
  • Providing detailed information about product features, functionality, and usage.
