As an Online Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the entire online sales process, including order processing, payment processing, and fulfillment, while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through online channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers, developing a pipeline of sales opportunities.

- Manage the entire online sales process, including order processing, payment processing, and fulfillment.

- Analyze and interpret sales data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of online sales channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed recommendations.
