– Practice sessions with simulated tickets
– First shift includes real-time QA coaching
– You’ll be live and earning within 3–5 days
Example Work Block
You start a Sunday 12 PM–6 PM shift. During your block, you assist a customer in updating their subscription, respond to a refund inquiry, and guide a new user through account setup. Everything is chat-based, and you never touch a phone.
