Pay & Shift Info

You are never required to work nights, weekends, or holidays—but those options are available. Training is fully paid and takes about 4 hours, self-paced. You log in at 10:00 AM and are assigned to the general chat queue. A user asks how to access their premium dashboard—you walk them through the steps using a saved macro. The next chat is someone confused about a coupon code—you confirm the promo is active and share the correct link. A third chat comes in needing help with a billing update—you guide them through the steps. After a 5-minute break at 11:30, you handle another dozen chats before logging off at 2:00 PM.
