Position Summary
In this role, you’ll support customers via email and live chat, helping them troubleshoot account access issues, explain billing timelines, and navigate platform features. Each interaction is guided by response templates and SOPs, allowing even beginners to succeed without stress.

Core Duties
– Answer customer questions using chat and email systems
– Assist with password resets, subscription changes, refunds, and technical guidance
– Use templates and macros to respond quickly and clearly
– Escalate advanced issues to team leads
– Document all interactions using internal ticketing tools

Requirements to Get Started

Earnings & Hours
Starting rate: $25/hour
Increases available to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts with positive QA reviews

Work when you want. Early morning, evening, weekend, or overnight—shifts are flexible and scheduled weekly. Minimum 15 hours/week required.

Training Process
– 2-hour onboarding walkthrough
– Simulated ticket handling with feedback
– First live shift includes coaching
– Paid shifts begin within 3–5 business days

Example of a Shift
During a Sunday shift from 9 AM–2 PM, you respond to users asking how to cancel their auto-renewal, guide a customer through downloading content, and confirm a successful payment—all using saved templates within the chat dashboard. You never make or answer a call.
