Your Main Duties
Real-Time Text Support
Handle customer questions as they arrive through a live messaging dashboard. You’ll assist shoppers with placing orders, answering basic product questions, and resolving general concerns—all via text.
Use Company-Provided Templates
No need to craft replies from scratch. You’ll be working with customizable scripts and suggested responses for virtually every situation. As you gain comfort, you’ll adapt and personalize messages with confidence.
Flag and Route Specialized Issues
Technical problems, payment complications, or order cancellations will be escalated through the click-to-escalate system. You’ll only be expected to handle issues you’ve been trained on.
Document Conversations
At the end of each chat, select a category tag (from a dropdown) and leave a short internal note. This ensures continuity if the customer returns or is escalated later.
What a Shift Looks Like
- Log into the chat portal and begin receiving conversations in queue
- Manage one or more chats at a time, depending on volume

Minimum Requirements
