Live Chat Management
Engage with customers in real time using web-based messaging platforms. Maintain a positive, polite, and efficient tone throughout all chats.
Troubleshooting & Resolution
Use pre-loaded knowledge bases, scripts, and tools to resolve customer concerns—ranging from order issues to technical glitches.
Escalation
Forward complex or high-level issues to supervisors or senior reps. Know when to escalate and when to own the resolution.
Documentation
Log each interaction, resolution, and follow-up accurately in the internal CRM. Proper recordkeeping ensures seamless customer experiences.
