What You'll Be Doing

Logging Each Chat Accurately

At the end of each session, you’ll tag the chat using a dropdown menu and enter a brief description of the conversation. This step helps your team track customer sentiment and monitor quality.

Flagging Unresolved Issues

A Day in the Life

Your day starts with logging into the support dashboard and reviewing any company updates or template changes. Once your shift begins, incoming chats are automatically routed to you.
