Join Jobtacular as a remote Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE — AI Infrastructure & Operations (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($300,000 - $500,000/year). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data.

What You Will Do

• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality.
• Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
