We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns).

What You Will Do

• Provide detailed annotations and explanations that support AI model development in understanding nuanced human behavior.
• Develop scenario-based training materials drawing from real-world behavioral expertise.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and ensure quality deliverables.
• Review, evaluate, and offer feedback on model-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns), written and verbal communication, attention to detail.
