We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Contract Redlining, Contract Negotiation, Contract Drafting, MSAs.

What You Will Do

• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Apply objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• 1–3 years of experience (in-house or law firm) focused on transactional work, with exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
