The Role & What You'll Tackle

the partner network is engaging AI Photo Raters to support a customer's innovative image evaluation project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

The Role & What You'll Tackle

1. Upload original photographs for use in controlled image evaluation assignments.
2. Compare human-captured images with AI-generated versions, identifying key differences, inconsistencies, and visual artifacts.
3. Document observations with meticulous attention to detail, providing clear written feedback on findings.
4. Utilize your familiarity with digital photography and image editing tools to articulate technical issues (e.g., lighting, perspective, anatomy errors, rendering flaws).
5. Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all submitted content throughout the engagement.
6. Deliver constructive feedback that supports the ongoing development and refinement of AI models.
7. Collaborate with a remote team of independent experts to address project goals and technical challenges.

Your Background & Core Strengths

1. Expertise in digital photography, image editing, graphic design, or related visual arts fields.
2. Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex visual details clearly and error-free.
3. Meticulous attention to visual and technical detail, with an eye for subtle differences and artifacts.
4. Prior exposure to AI image generation, image comparison, or similar evaluation projects.
5. Proficiency with common image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, GIMP).
6. Collaborative, self-aware, and constructive in providing feedback and participating in project discussions.
