Join Jobtacular as a remote Veterans Service Officer — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($40 - $60/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Claims, Accreditation, Compensation, Survivors.

What You Will Do

• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on service-connected disability compensation, including filing a claim and the evidence involved.
• Cover dependents and survivor benefits (such as DIC and CHAMPVA) and appeals and decision reviews in your rubrics.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current VA accreditation (VSO representative, County Veterans Service Officer, accredited claims agent, or similar)
• 1+ years preparing and filing VA claims for veterans or their families
• Working knowledge of disability compensation, dependents and survivor benefits, and appeals

Who We Are Looking For

• Practical background using military records such as the DD-214
• Experience creating guides, checklists, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of veterans and families, including rural and non-English-speaking clients
• Compensation Band: $40 - $60/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
