Position Description
Join Jobtacular as a remote Community Manager — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($15 - $20/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Customer support, Conflict De-escalation, Ticket managemet, Remote work.
What You Will Do
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets independently with accuracy and efficiency.
- De-escalate conflicts and turn challenging interactions into positive outcomes.
- Monitor community activities and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is shared.
- Maintain clear documentation of all community interactions and ticket histories.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment.
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or community management roles.
