We're placing an exceptional Investment Banking & M&A Expert (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) earning $60 - $120/hour to work directly on high-impact systems. You'll team up with frontier research labs to construct gold-standard benchmarks and stress-test machine reasoning using your deep expertise in CPA, AI Agents. No commute, high hourly yield, and pure technical impact.

The Mission & Daily Problems You'll Tackle

• Design multi-step tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory.
• Use agentic AI tools to develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting deliverables.
• 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell-side advisory.
• Hands-on experience building valuation models, comparable-company analyses, CIMs, pitch books, and client-facing materials for live deals.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work. General chatbot use alone is insufficient.
• Corporate carve-out experience — strongly preferred.
• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or M&A advisory firm.
