We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Personal Finance, Finance Background, Document Handling, Rubric Evaluation.

What You Will Do

• Apply expert judgment to provide guidance on UK-specific personal finance topics including ISAs, pensions/SIPPs, mortgages, savings, and HMRC Self Assessment, with clear and concise written explanations.
• Assess and critique model-generated financial advice against defined rubrics, delivering actionable feedback to improve model performance and reliability.
• Verify and review financial documentation to illustrate how UK consumers and their advisers manage filing deadlines, account types, and financial decisions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for personal finance outputs.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes in UK personal tax, pension, and savings legislation that impact project deliverables.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Personal Finance, Finance Background, Document Handling, Rubric Evaluation, Troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Who We Are Looking For

• Professional background in banking, wealth management, financial advising/planning, accountancy, or tax planning—or experience managing your own advisory or tax practice.
• Current residence in the United Kingdom and active UK-based personal or business bank accounts.
• Professional credentials such as CFP, DipPFS, FCA-authorised IFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, ATT; additional designations like CFA or CTP are a strong plus.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into accessible language.
• Practical background using rubric-based evaluation or model output review in AI or related fields (desirable but not required).
• Compensation Band: $90 - $110/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
