Join Jobtacular as a remote Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (San Francisco) — AI Model Training & Evaluation (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($50 - $50/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication.

What You Will Do

• Manage the from initial concept through completion recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.
• Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.
• Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
• 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
