Join Jobtacular as a remote Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI (Full-Time Remote) (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($300,000 - $700,000/year). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Research Signal Judgment, ML-Oriented Data Design, Ops-to-Research Translation, Enterprise AI.

What You Will Do

• Surface, formalize, and prioritize system failure modes in real-world deployments.
• Design high-signal datasets and evaluation protocols to target identified weaknesses.
• Run tight experimental loops to validate hypotheses and quantify improvements.
• Produce clear, decision-oriented analyses of system behavior and performance.
• Develop and benchmark agentic workflows, focusing on robustness and scalability.
• Build lightweight tooling to support evaluation, data curation, and rapid iteration.
• Contribute to internal and external research artifacts, including reports and benchmarks.

Who We Are Looking For

• Collaborative mindset with experience working across research, product, and domain teams.
• Strong client-facing experience, particularly in technical or research-driven environments.
• Experience building internal research or evaluation tooling.
• Contributions to benchmarks, research publications, or open research initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise AI deployments or forward-deployed research models.
• Compensation & Benefits Notice
• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $200,000 –$250,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
