We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong and diverse recruitment pipeline aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and team leads to understand evolving hiring needs and deliver outstanding results.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive proactive talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking initiatives.
• Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout every touchpoint of the recruitment process.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated headhunting or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
