We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in m&a, drafting contracts, private equity, remote collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses, leveraging experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity deals.
• Evaluate legal scenarios and offer structured commentary to inform AI model development in areas such as data privacy and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
• Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and decision rubrics (review rubric experience is a plus, but not required).
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to refine training data, ensuring legal precision and practical applicability.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in m&a, drafting contracts, private equity, remote collaboration, multidisciplinay teamwork, capital markets.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
