Join Jobtacular as a remote Virtual Assistant — Enterprise Workflow AI (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($15 - $30/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Administrative Support, Vendor Management, Operational Organization.

What You Will Do

• Maintain internal trackers, records, and operational information.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendors, shipping, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Support onboarding, team logistics, and ad hoc requests.
• Own gifting operations across our team and clients.
• Source gifts and manage ordering, personalization, shipping, and delivery.
• Track gifting budgets, recipient information, orders, and vendors.
• Anticipate needs and drive tasks through completion.

Who We Are Looking For

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Good judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated background in a startup, technology company, or distributed team.
• Practical background using gifting, vendors, purchasing, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and automate repetitive tasks.
• Compensation Band: $15 - $30/hour

Compensation & Remote Structure

• Compensation Rate: $15 - $30/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote / Work From Home
