Join Jobtacular as a remote Pediatric Hospitalist — Clinical AI Evaluation (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($80 - $125/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation.

What You Will Do

• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
• Review inpatient pediatric documentation, including HPI, PMH, birth and developmental history, immunization status, assessments, and plans.
• Follow clear guidelines and apply the same standards consistently.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records, including weight-based dosing and age-appropriate clinical details.
• Share feedback to help improve frontier AI reasoning systems and data quality.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Quality Assurance, CDI, Inpatient Medicine, Clinical Documentation, Pediatrics.

Who We Are Looking For

• Current or recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows, including admission, daily progress notes, transitions of care, and discharge.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Meticulous analytical precision and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
• Practical background using chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Experience across a broad pediatric patient mix, such as general pediatrics, newborn/nursery care, pediatric subspecialty co-management, or complex chronic conditions, is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $125/hour

• Compensation Rate: $80 - $125/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
