We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in employment law expertise, legal analysis, legal document review, issue spotting.

What You Will Do

• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active, good-standing bar admission in at least one U.S. state or D.C.
• Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.

• Compensation Band: $100 - $170/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• At least 3+ years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.

• Compensation Rate: $100 - $170/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote / Work From Home
