We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Finance Background, Document Handling, Rubric Evaluation, Troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

• Exercise seasoned professional judgment on topics like RRSPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, mortgages, savings plans, and CRA personal tax filing, providing clear written explanations.
• Critically review and evaluate model-generated financial guidance against established rubrics, delivering concise, constructive feedback to improve model quality.
• Verify and interpret financial documentation, illustrating how Canadian consumers and advisors manage registered accounts, tax deadlines, and household financial decisions.
• Support the creation and refinement of evaluation rubrics and grading criteria relevant to personal finance guidance and outputs.
• Remain current with updates to Canadian tax, registered account, and savings regulations as they pertain to project deliverables.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Finance Background, Document Handling, Rubric Evaluation, Troubleshooting, Tax Filing.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Who We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated background in rubric-based evaluation, model output review, or AI system training projects.
• Demonstrated ability to draft assessment guidelines, rubrics, or scoring criteria for complex financial topics.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to explain technical financial concepts to a variety of audiences.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in banking, wealth management, financial advising, accounting, or tax planning specific to Canadian households.
• Comfort with securely connecting personal Canadian bank accounts via Plaid (with all PII redacted before use).
• Compensation Band: $90 - $110/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
