We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Voice Acting, Voice Coaching, Vocal Pedagogy, Speech Analysis.

What You Will Do

• Identify and describe vocal characteristics such as age, gender, accent or dialect (when confident), vocal quality, resonance, phonation type, pitch, intonation, breath support, rhythm, and tempo.
• Evaluate emotional tone, energy, articulation clarity, and overall delivery style, noting nuances between scripted, spontaneous, or conversational samples.
• Assess audio production aspects, including room sound, device type (microphone, headset, phone), and recording environment quality (studio or home).
• Deliver observations in clear, detailed written reports, using consistent technical language to facilitate AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms, providing objective, high-quality input to enhance voice and speech systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout all analyses and documentation.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Voice Acting, Voice Coaching, Vocal Pedagogy, Speech Analysis, Prosody & Intonation, Phonetics.

Who We Are Looking For

• Practical background using audio or sound engineering, especially in evaluating recording quality and acoustic environments.
• Working knowledge of technical vocal concepts such as resonance, placement, and breath control.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); native proficiency in any language is welcome.
• Reliable internet connection and high-quality headphones to ensure accurate audio assessment.
