The Role & What You'll Tackle

the partner network is engaging Hebrew Bilingual Experts to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

The Role & What You'll Tackle

1. Listen to audio clips in Hebrew and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
2. Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
3. Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
4. Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
5. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
6. Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Hebrew language understanding and generation.
7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Your Background & Core Strengths

1. Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, with strong command of both spoken and written language.
2. Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
3. Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered.
4. Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
7. Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
