What You Will Do

• Identify nuances in written and verbal communication to ensure AI outputs align with realistic and effective customer service standards.
• Review context-specific scenarios, such as order inquiries, delivery status updates, and issue resolution exchanges.
• Flag incorrect, ambiguous, or inappropriate responses, offering concise suggestions for improvement.
• Create illustrative example conversations that reflect authentic food delivery customer interactions.
• Collaborate with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and optimize evaluation processes.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in food delivery domain knowledge, customer service, written communication, verbal communication, attention to detail, constructive feedback.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
