We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Dentistry, Dental Software, Digital Dentistry, Dental Practice Management.

What You Will Do

• Analyze dental radiographs, digital impressions, intraoral scans, and other dental imaging outputs.
• Evaluate workflows using dental practice management software, digital imaging tools, CAD/CAM systems, and treatment planning platforms.
• Identify inaccuracies and provide clear, detailed feedback based on clinical knowledge and dental best practices.
• Create and review realistic dental scenarios based on practical clinical experience.
• Review, annotate, and evaluate dental-related content to improve AI model accuracy and quality.
• Document findings and provide clear written explanations and recommendations.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Dentistry, Dental Software, Digital Dentistry, Dental Practice Management, CAD/CAM, Treatment Planning.

Who We Are Looking For

• Practical background using dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, 3Shape, CEREC, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of dental practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, and treatment planning workflows.
• Prior Human Data experience, including data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar projects (required).
• Experience reviewing dental imaging, digital treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide structured feedback.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $285/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
