About the opportunity

Our platform is seeking experienced Geopolitical Risk Advisors with backgrounds in foreign policy, national security, international relations, or strategic risk assessment to support customer projects focused on AI training and evaluation.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to assess complex geopolitical scenarios, evaluate strategic reasoning, and contribute to the development of accurate, realistic assessments involving international security and global affairs.

Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand geopolitical developments, international relations, and national security decision-making.

What you'll do

1. Develop realistic, unclassified scenarios involving geopolitical risks, international security, and foreign policy.
2. Review and assess geopolitical and national security content for accuracy, relevance, and analytical quality.
3. Evaluate strategic decisions, identifying potential risks, inconsistencies, and unsupported assumptions.
4. Apply professional knowledge of international relations, regional security dynamics, and geopolitical developments.
5. Provide structured assessments, clear explanations, and evidence-based recommendations.

Your Background & Core Strengths

1. Significant professional experience in geopolitical risk analysis, foreign policy, national security strategy, or international security.
2. Strong understanding of geopolitical developments, international relations, and strategic risk assessment.
3. Experience evaluating complex political or security situations and providing strategic recommendations.
4. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and written communication skills.

Your Background & Core Strengths

1. Previous experience in government foreign policy agencies, national security institutions, international organizations, think tanks, or geopolitical risk advisory firms.
2. Experience advising senior government officials, policymakers, or organizational leadership.
3. Expertise in regional security, great-power competition, international conflict, or geopolitical forecasting.
4. Background in intelligence-informed policy analysis, strategic planning, or international security research.
5. Experience preparing geopolitical risk assessments, policy briefs, strategic reports, or executive-level recommendations.
