We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in military operations expertise, dod reporting standards, report writing, information synthesis.

What You Will Do

• Apply firsthand experience gathering information from multiple teams or staff sections and turning it into reports and executive updates for senior leadership.
• Provide high-quality written feedback on model-generated reporting materials.
• Assess AI outputs for appropriate military terminology, reporting standards, and information synthesis.
• Develop and refine realistic reporting examples and scenarios for AI training.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in military operations expertise, dod reporting standards, report writing, information synthesis, written communication, content evaluation.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

• Practical background using reports such as Weekly Activity Reports (WARs), Project/Program Status Reports, Performance/Accomplishment Reports, After-Action Reports (AARs), or Budget Execution Reports.
• Background in military operations, plans, headquarters/command staff, program management, executive support, or resource management.
• Strong written communication skills and experience synthesizing inputs from multiple teams into clear, concise reporting.
• Experience as an Operations Officer/NCO, Plans Officer, Action Officer, Staff Officer, Executive Officer, or similar headquarters role is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $40 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
