We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in AI Workflows, Attention to Detail in Quality Evaluation, Familiarity with Speech Data Collection, Audio Transcription & Annotation Skills.

What You Will Do

• Annotate and label speech data according to detailed project guidelines and standards.
• Carefully evaluate and verify the quality of transcriptions to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Work with AI workflow tools to process, correct, and enhance audio data sets.
• Participate in the review and refinement of annotation schema as project needs evolve.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve transcription processes and support continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in AI Workflows, Attention to Detail in Quality Evaluation, Familiarity with Speech Data Collection, Audio Transcription & Annotation Skills.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.

Who We Are Looking For

• Meticulous analytical precision in identifying errors, inconsistencies, and nuances in spoken content.
• Working knowledge of audio data collection protocols and transcription tools or platforms.
• Knowledge of AI workflows or prior involvement in data training for machine learning projects (a plus, not required).
• Ability to follow complex instructions and adhere to evolving guidelines and standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to support collaborative remote work.
• Compensation Band: $24 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
