Join Jobtacular as a remote Strategic Project Lead, MD/Health — AI Infrastructure & Operations (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($400,000 - $550,000/year). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data.

What You Will Do

• Translate customer needs into clear, actionable project specifications for Health and Medicine workflows.
• Design and continuously improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scalability.
• Align Operations and Health/Medicine domain experts for rapid deployment.
• Set delivery milestones and drive a tight execution cadence.
• Own client communication, keeping it clear, direct, and consistent.
• Manage Health/Medicine domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and delivery.
• Provide daily internal updates with progress, blockers, and explicit next steps.

Who We Are Looking For

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Experience working with AI/ML companies, AI Labs, or data annotation/evaluation projects.
• Experience managing healthcare, medical, technical, or data-intensive projects.
• Working knowledge of clinical workflows, medical research, healthcare data, or other complex Health/Medicine workflows.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, AI training workflows, and human-in-the-loop operations.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $180,000 –$230,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
