We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Diagnostic Analysis, Medicine, Physiology, Healthcare Protocols.

What You Will Do

• Review and provide expert feedback on model-generated medical content, ensuring clinical accuracy and relevance.
• Apply knowledge of diagnostic analysis, medicine, physiology, and healthcare protocols to diverse data sets.
• Translate complex clinical terminology and workflows into actionable guidance for AI model training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to refine project objectives and deliverables.
• Assess AI system outputs, identifying areas for improvement based on real-world clinical experience.
• Maintain high standards of data security, privacy, and ethical compliance throughout all project tasks.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Diagnostic Analysis, Medicine, Physiology, Healthcare Protocols, Clinical Terminology, Japanese language proficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience interpreting and working with electronic health records, patient data, or medical documentation.
• Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and the advancement of healthcare through innovative technology.
• Japanese language fluency: JLPT N1 or equivalent (native/near-native)
• English proficiency: C1 or higher

Compensation & Remote Structure

• Compensation Rate: $125 - $125/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
