We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Project Management, Data Operations, Quality Analyst, Human Data.

What You Will Do

• Define and track operational performance metrics to optimize operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making..
• Examine multi-source datasets to surface operational insights and present recommendations that accelerate efficiency..
• Partner across engineering, product, and operations teams to align data strategies with overarching business objectives..
• Build and maintain executive reporting dashboards tracking key metrics and workflow improvements..
• Iteratively optimize workflows to guarantee scalability, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards..
• Take proactive, hands-on ownership of identifying and solving operational challenges..
• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance or other related fields.

Who We Are Looking For

• Background in engineering or technical fields with operational focus or human data projects.
• Practical background using data visualization tools (such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (such as Python, SQL).
• Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
