We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in C#, .NET, MySQL.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and security in all backend implementations.
• Optimize existing backend processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently in production and staging environments.
• Document technical specifications and backend architecture clearly for team collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
