Join Jobtacular as a remote Bluebook Citation Specialist (Law Students & Recent JDs) (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($50 - $80/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Catching Citation Errors, Cite-Checking Experience, Handling Unclear Rules, Staying Consistent Through Repetitive Work.

What You Will Do

• Identify edge cases the rubrics don’t currently cover and recommend how they should be handled.
• Create sample cite-checking tasks: source material paired with citations containing realistic errors, along with the correct answer and an explanation of the rule involved.
• Build tasks across a range of citation types and difficulty levels, from straightforward formatting errors to subtle pincite and source-support problems.
• Apply Bluebook rules consistently across all submissions.
• Flag ambiguous cases to project coordinators instead of resolving them silently.
• Deliver assigned work on schedule and at the required quality level.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Catching Citation Errors, Cite-Checking Experience, Handling Unclear Rules, Staying Consistent Through Repetitive Work, Bluebook & Cite-Checking, Law.

Who We Are Looking For

• Careful and consistent across long sessions of detailed review work.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines without close supervision.
• Experience as a journal editor, articles editor, or executive editor is a plus.

Compensation & Remote Structure
