We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate law, Commerical Litigation, attention to detail.

What You Will Do

• Provide accurate, detailed input on nuanced legal scenario assessments to inform AI model training.
• Evaluate commercial litigation materials, identifying critical legal principles and procedural details.
• Deliver expert feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches as part of project deliverables.
• Support the creation and refinement of legal data sets by annotating, categorizing, and explaining key issues in corporate law.
• Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers to align on rubrics and quality expectations.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate law, Commercial Litigation, attention to detail, private equity, capital markets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and high-value transactional matters.
• Exceptional attention to detail in the analysis and interpretation of legal documents.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain legal concepts for diverse audiences.
• Prior experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is a plus, but not required.
• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
