Join Jobtacular as a remote Corporate Governance & Commercial Transactions Counsel — AI Legal Benchmarking (Remote AI Evaluation Contract) ($90 - $130/hour). We partner with leading AI research laboratories across major English-speaking markets to evaluate complex responses, design realistic domain scenarios, and calibrate next-generation foundation models using deep professional expertise in Contract Redlining, Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiation, M&A.

What You Will Do

• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Working knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including APAs and SPAs.

• Compensation Structure:
• Compensation is task-based, meaning experts are paid per completed task that meets the project specifications. The average handling time (AHT) is approximately 3.5 hours per task, and the effective hourly rate will depend on the number of tasks completed and successfully signed off.
• Compensation Band: $90 - $130/hour
