Role Summary
As an Overnight Operations Assistant, you'll complete assigned tasks that help our client-facing teams stay on track. You will be responsible for reviewing content, handling overnight support requests, and preparing documentation for the morning teams. This is a fully remote, written-only role—no phone calls or video meetings.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and triage inbound tickets, chat logs, and flagged content

Moderate customer reviews, comments, and uploaded assets per company policies

By 1:30 AM, you’ve logged all your work and submitted your nightly summary report—quiet, productive, and uninterrupted.
