Role Summary

As an Overnight Operations Assistant, you'll complete assigned tasks that help our client-facing teams stay on track. You will be responsible for reviewing content, handling overnight support requests, and preparing documentation for the morning teams. This is a fully remote, written-only role—no phone calls or video meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage inbound tickets, chat logs, and flagged content

• Moderate customer reviews, comments, and uploaded assets per company policies

• Organize and tag digital files in shared cloud environments (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox)

• Update operational logs and submit end-of-shift summaries

• Flag issues or anomalies in content submissions for review

• Maintain shift schedules and meet task quotas consistently

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working independently and unsupervised during late hours

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized

• Fast learner with strong reading comprehension

• Able to type 40+ WPM and communicate clearly in writing

• Familiarity with basic productivity tools like Slack, Google Docs, Airtable, etc.

• Available for at least 15 hours/week during night hours (we assign shifts based on your timezone)

Sample Night Shift

You log in at 10 PM, review 35 flagged user submissions, and tag them using our internal system. By 1:30 AM, you’ve logged all your work and submitted your nightly summary report—quiet, productive, and uninterrupted.
