Position Overview

Compensation & Shift Details
Start at $25/hour
Eligible for raise to $30–$35/hour after 30 successful shifts with strong QA and customer feedback
Self-schedule shifts each week using an internal scheduling platform. Mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts available. Minimum 15 hours/week.
Training & Onboarding Process
– 2-hour onboarding module covering tools and workflows
– Practice sessions responding to simulated tickets
– First shift supervised by a QA mentor for feedback
– Begin paid shifts within 3–5 business days after onboarding
