What You’ll Do
– Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
– Guide users through account setup, subscription changes, and billing questions
– Follow chat scripts and saved replies to ensure brand alignment
– Escalate any complex issues to technical support
– Use a ticketing system to tag, track, and summarize conversations

Pay & Shift Details

Promotion track to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts with positive QA

Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour onboarding module (self-paced)
– Guided practice sessions using fake tickets
– First shift includes live QA feedback
– Paid work begins within 3–5 days after training
