Job Responsibilities

Chat Handling

Respond quickly and professionally to live customer inquiries via chat platforms. Stay friendly, helpful, and efficient—every message counts.

Customer Guidance

System Navigation

Day 6–7: Pass your training checkpoint and start taking live chats independently
