Managing Several Chats Simultaneously
During peak times, you may have up to three active chats at once. Tabs, message templates, and AI suggestions help you manage these without missing a beat.
A Day in the Life
You’ll start by logging into the secure platform from your laptop or desktop. Once active, you’ll be assigned chat requests automatically. You’ll use the script library to reply to questions, escalate complex issues, and tag conversations. Shifts are uninterrupted by meetings or calls, and once your scheduled time ends, you simply log off—no follow-ups required.
