What This Role Looks Like

You’ll log into a web-based platform and respond to customer questions through chat. These are real-time, text-only conversations with customers who need help with their accounts, orders, subscriptions, and product use. You’ll use help articles, saved replies, and internal tools to guide them to a solution.

What You’ll Be Doing (in Silence)

Respond to live chat requests from customers during your scheduled shifts
Help customers with billing, login issues, shipping concerns, and cancellations
Use knowledge base articles and response templates to solve problems quickly
Log notes for each conversation so the next rep can follow up if needed
Flag anything unusual for a supervisor or tier 2 team to review
Stay calm and clear—even when customers aren’t
